Singapore, July 17th, 2024. Today, it is my honour to celebrate an extraordinary individual, Raghu Krishnamoorthy, as he marks a decade with TecSurge. Reflecting on Raghu's journey and his outstanding contributions to our company is a privilege.
My first encounters with Raghu were at Intergraph/Hexagon user conferences in Yokohama, Japan, before he joined our team. One day, his application landed in my mailbox; he was interested in a software development role at CAXperts in Munich, Germany. However, I knew his skills would be a perfect fit for our services team in Singapore. Thankfully, he accepted the offer.
Raghu began his career at CAXperts in Singapore in May 2014 as a Senior Solution Engineer. His technical expertise and dedication quickly set him apart. Within a year, our company evolved into TecSurge, and Raghu transitioned to Projects Service Manager, where he showcased his technical prowess and leadership abilities, managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
Anton Schreibmueller, President and CEO at TecSurge is a serial entrepreneur and expert in Engineering Systems. Previously Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CAXperts he is also an Investor and Chairman of PAPABO since 2022. He was based in Singapore from 2007 and has been resident in the Philippines since 2019.
In August 2017, Raghu assumed the role of Services Manager, guiding our service operations with exemplary leadership for six years. His commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation helped us overcome challenges and seize new opportunities.
Most recently, in July 2023, Raghu was appointed as our Chief Operating Officer. He now leads a team of over 80 talented staff members at our TecSurge Service Operation Centre in Cebu, Philippines, and our head office in Singapore. His dedication continues to drive our company's growth and success in both our project-based and managed service engagement models.
Raghu's journey before TecSurge is equally remarkable. He spent eight years at JGC in Japan as a CAD Application Engineer, honing his skills and developing global leadership qualities. I often say Raghu's only Indian attributes are his passport and appearance, as his work ethic and approach are deeply influenced by his time in Japan.
Throughout his career, Raghu has exemplified TecSurge's core values: integrity, excellence, and a relentless pursuit of innovation. His leadership has shaped our company and inspired everyone around him to strive for greatness.
