Junior Administration Officer

Effective: July 2026

Location: Service Operation Centre in Cebu

Position Summary

As a Junior Administration Officer, you will support daily office operations, vendor coordination, and compliance activities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, tracking regulatory requirements, and supporting management with accurate and timely documentation.

Your Responsibilities

Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include to:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the operations team
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, vendor communications, and invoice tracking
  • Assist in maintaining business permits and regulatory documentation
  • Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance deadlines are met
  • Support internal administrative projects and process improvements

Your Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine workplace regulations and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Philippine regulatory processes
  • Knowledge of Bureau of Customs (BOC) and PEZA processes
