We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our team.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, helping ensure projects remain on schedule, documentation is maintained accurately, and communication flows effectively among stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure project records and documentation are complete, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, schedules, and budget records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
  • Support resource allocation and logistics planning activities.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools, staffing plans, and progress plans.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

Your Competencies

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or related role. Internship experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and project tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
