Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 3D Department Manager to lead our 3D team in Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will oversee departmental operations, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with our strategic goals. You will play a key role in project planning, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include:
Knowledge Management- Ensure consistent use of source control systems across the department
- Leverage project archives for knowledge sharing and reference
- Develop and maintain clear, effective work instructions
- Estimate project efforts and timelines accurately
- Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Assign project teams based on skills and availability
- Support presales activities with technical insights
- Oversee departmental progress and team development
- Evaluate technical competencies of job applicants
- Manage performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Deliver professional growth through mentoring and training
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting
- Facilitate the continual improvement of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Ensure team awareness and compliance
- Participate in system development and internal audits
Your Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in department or team management
- Proven expertise in effort estimation and resource planning
- Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting presales
- Strong background in team performance management and staff development
- Familiarity with management systems and auditing processes
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating applicants and team performance
- Effective leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
