Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will support project managers in all phases of the project lifecycle, helping to streamline workflows and enhance overall team efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
  • Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support in resource allocation and logistics planning.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., staffing plan, progress plan).
  • Ensure project documentation is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Attend project meetings and support in follow-up actions.

Your Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
