Intern Solution Engineer (Internship Program)

Location: Service Operation Centre in Cebu

Position Summary

The Intern Solution Engineer will participate in a structured 6-month internship program designed to develop future Solution Engineers. The role provides hands-on experience through assignments across key departments, exposure to real-world projects, and mentorship from technical experts. Interns who successfully complete the program may be considered for a permanent Junior Solution Engineer position based on performance and business needs.

Your Responsibilities

Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborate on real-world projects under the guidance of department managers, section leads, or project leads.
  • Attend training sessions to develop and enhance technical skills.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, presentations, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Your Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, Industrial Design or related field.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong interest in solution engineering, technical services, or engineering design
  • Ability to adapt to new tools, environments, and challenges quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment, producing high quality results and with positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Internship/Project Experience preferred - Any relevant internship or project work that demonstrates practical application of engineering concepts.
