Position Summary
As an Intern Human Resources (HR) Officer, you will gain comprehensive exposure to multiple Human Capital functions, work on impactful projects, and benefit from continuous learning and mentorship. Over a 12-month period, you will gain hands-on experience, enhance your skills and understand our HR operations. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered a permanent position with TecSurge, earning the opportunity to start their career as a Junior HR Officer.
Your Responsibilities
Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate on real-world projects under the guidance of HR officers in three areas:
- Recruitment: Managing incoming applications.
- Training and Development: Organizing training sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Executing employee engagement activities.
- Attend training sessions to develop and enhance technical skills.
- Actively participate in team meetings, presentations, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Your Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or another HR-related field.
- Ability to adapt to new tools, environments, and challenges quickly.
- Strong English-language verbal and written communication skills
