Position Summary

You excel in maintaining a productive office environment. Your passion lies in administration management and problem-solving. Your responsibilities encompass supporting the management, overseeing vendor accounts, and contributing to the seamless execution of administration projects

Your Responsibilities

Depending upon your level of expertise and experience, your responsibilities may include:

  • Manage office operations, including administration, maintenance, occupational health and safety, security, and access control, as well as building management.
  • Run government relations, liaising with relevant authorities such as PEZA, LGU, BOC, and BI to ensure compliance and foster positive relationships.
  • Provide direction, support, and guidance to the administration team.
  • Authorize financial transactions and verify bills to uphold financial integrity.
  • Manage schedules, ensuring adherence to recurring calendar obligations.
  • Maintaining administration documentation in our structured system.
  • Provide discreet assistance and support ensuring seamless operations of the office.
  • Compile reports and information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Act as a member of the management reviewing and reporting on office issues.
  • Participate in audits, focusing on-site-specific matters in the Philippines, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Your Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with track record in office management.
  • Understanding of regulations and accounting practices specific to the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business management is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • A friendly demeanour, adept at interacting with both staff and management.
  • Detail-oriented personality with a commitment to accuracy and task completion.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
