Human Resources (HR) Manager

Effective: January 2023

Location: Service Operation Centre (SOC) in Cebu

Position Summary

As an HR Manager you will align the needs of our fast-growing organization with those of our employees, both in our SOC and our Corporate HQ.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review, develop and manage end to end HR processes including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Compliance, Compensation and Benefits and Administration, and HR Systems.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and improve Performance Management with analysis of employees and their performance, evaluation of the areas for improvement and creation of a staff development strategy.
  • Introduce succession planning and design employees’ career paths.
  • Conduct SOC employee inductions, organizing training seminars and workshops.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the employee’s overall well-being.
  • Ensure HR compliance to DOLE, DOH, OH&S ISO45K, and QMS ISO 9K.
  • Develop strategic compensation plans.
  • Perform HR Administration, including Employment Contracts and Work Permits.
  • Administer Travel, including Booking, Visa Processing, expense approval.
  • Maintain the HR SharePoint structure & content ensuring that HR policies and archives are fit for purpose.

Your Competencies

  • Expert human resource practitioner able to support ethical business practices and create a better employer-employee relationship.
  • Proven track record of acting as the intermediary between employees and senior management, and aligning the needs of the organization with those of employees
  • Minimum five years’ experience demonstrating honesty, integrity, continuous learning, motivation, result-oriented action, teamwork, and adaptability to change.
  • Graduate qualification in employment law preferred.
