Sales and Office Administration Assistant

Location: Service Operation Centre (SOC) in Cebu

Position Summary

As a Sales and Office Administration Assistant, you will provide support to our sales and management team. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications you will provide high quality results to ensure that our business commitments are met and that our stakeholders are satisfied.

You are expected to be dedicated, reliable and able to overcome challenges. Understanding our customers and mastering our complex industry and service offerings is key to this role.

You are expected to be flexible with your work time to accommodate communication with clients in various time zones.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Responding to client requests & inquiries.
  • Follow-up and appointment setting calls with global clients.
  • Maintaining data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Reviewing sales documents such as quotations, scope of work, purchase orders and agreements in detail.
  • Other sales-related work as assigned.

Office administration

  • Organise timely errands
  • Support office administration
  • Ensure detailed government compliance
  • Prepare mandatory government reporting
  • Other office administration work as assigned.

Your Competencies

  • Excellent verbal & written communication, organization and time management
  • Detail-oriented and able to anticipates the organisational needs of the sales manager
  • Fluent in English-language - additional language skills are an advantage
  • Experience using and administering CRM systems, such as Zoho CRM
  • Flexibility and efficiency in working in a dynamic environment
  • A graduate qualification in Business, Marketing or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Solid grounding in mathematics and statistics preferred
