Position Summary/Purpose

As Sales Support professional, you will provide sales support to our sales and account managers which cater to our global customers. You will be a member of our sales team and operate from our services centre in Cebu. Your work is essential to ensure the success of our senior sales staff.

You are interested in a career in sales and marketing, a fast learner, creative and flexible. Understanding our customers and mastering our complex industry and service offerings is paramount to this role. Success in this position leads to an international account management career.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing proposals and quotations
  • Maintaining customer data in our CRM system
  • Researching and correlating information from modern sales information tools to identify new prospects
  • Communicating with leads to identify potential customers

You are expected to be flexible with your work time to accommodate communication with prospects in various time zones.

Your Competencies

  • Graduate qualification from a recognized university
  • Basic experience in B2B services sales is preferable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong computer literacy is essential
